Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. To return an item by post, please send it to Blumber Australia Returns,

Returned parcels are on average refunded within 14 days of posting, however in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in any store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
